After a legal conflict over the name Dose Coffee, we rebranded to Spilt Milk. Inspired by skate culture and the idea that every spill makes us better, our name reflects the courage to keep pushing and the humility to get back up again.
We work with trusted importers and reputable producers to bring in outstanding coffees, then roast every batch on our low-emission Loring S15 Falcon for clean, repeatable results.
In the heart of Revelstoke, we’re open from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, slinging flat whites, baked treats, brunch, cocktails, and the best espresso martini in town. Swing by, settle in, and fuel up.
